About Property POAs

If you own real estate assets in the UAE and wish to appoint someone to act on your behalf for the related transactions, you can do so through a property power of attorney in the UAE. If you own property in Dubai, you can sign the property power of attorney in Dubai before a Notary Public provided the Dubai Land Department (DLD) has issued the title deed. For signing property powers of attorney in Abu Dhabi and other emirates, the original title deed needs to be produced before the Notary Public.
